GENERAL GUIDELINES★ By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.
★ Please let me know if i can't post the commission before hand, otherwise i will post it in my galleries since as an artist i need to show my work.
★ I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces as NFT.
★ Furthermore, I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator or any blockchain-related technology in any way.
★ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
★ I don't send sketches or wips unless requested or if i don't feel sure about something with the commission.
★ I work best when I receive clear information about the personality of the character(s), i don't mind a bit of lore or objects to interact with, as long as the object is not too big i can add it for free. otherwise it will have an extra price.
★ I may use photo bashing and/or 3D on my commissions if I see fit at my own discretion.
★ Price may vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background or other elements I deem fit.
★ I DON'T work with deadlines, so please don't commission me if you need something to be finished fast.

CUSTOMER USEThe commissioner reserves the right to:★ Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
★ Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.
★ Printing the artwork or making "merch" for personal use only.The following is considered copyright infringement:★ Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.
★ Claiming the artwork as your own.
★ Removing my signature from the artwork.
★ Changing the artwork without my consent.

PAYMENT★ I only accept payments via PayPal.
★ I will send all invoices and only accept USD as payment.
★ Payments are paid full price before I start working on your commission.
★ I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving full payment of the agreed commission to work on.
★ I DON'T take rush fees, i work on commissions in the order i received the payments.
★ Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free.

REFUNDS AND CANCELING★ If I owe you a commission for longer than 5 months you can ask me about a refund, I will request you a bit of patience while I gather the funds to return them since my bank retires the funds from paypal after a few days so I almost never have funds on it.
★ you can't cancel the commission once I started on it but you can request to change characters. Only accessories or minor details if I have already started.
★ After 3 days of unpaid invoice, your slot will be forfeited if another person pays in due time.

DELIVERY TIME★ I try to start on the commission before a month passes after I accepted it.
★ Commissions may take around three months to be done so please have patience.
★ Delay may arise depending on next factors: order of commission, complexity, health, work, or family issues.
★ If delays arise, you will be notified.
★ When finished I will give you your commission(s) via Stash.
